Significant Changes to the Practice of Property
Paper
Forum 2016
Changes to the Real Property Act are due early in 2016 to implement the new system of e-conveyancing, bringing South Australia in line with a number of other states and territories. These substantial changes will see the end of duplicate titles and lodging paper copies. There will also be the need to comply with the ARNECC’s Model Participation Rules (MPR) (yet to be released) The MPR are there to ensure a consistent national approach in the regulation of National E-Conveyancing and currently exist in NSW, QLD, Vic and WA. This seminar will consider the changes that are known or anticipated along with how they will impact on the practice of property.
