Since it opened in March 2015, the SA Civil and Administrative Tribunal continues to grow. The Honourable Justice Greg Parker, President of SACAT, will outline SACAT’s significant decisions, particularly in relation to SACAT’s powers and the nature of its jurisdiction as well as an update on the additional jurisdictions conferred upon SACAT since its inception, and more planned for the foreseeable future.
