Ethics Enquiry Service

Welcome to the Law Society of South Australia's Ethics Enquiry Service.

The purpose of this service is to provide all members of the legal profession with a further means by which they can obtain ethical and trust accounting advice from Ethics and Practice business unit. The service allows you to remain completely anonymous if you wish.

If you wish to remain anonymous, all you have to do is type your ethics question in the box provided below and click SEND. Your question will be directed to an appropriate Ethics and Practice staff member who will prepare an answer which will be published in the Ethics Enquiry Service section of the next edition of InBrief (or the following edition if the timing and complexity of the question is an issue).

If you want to use the service but do not want to remain anonymous, simply type your question and email address into the boxes provided below and click SEND. Your question will be directed to an appropriate Ethics and Practice  staff member who will provide an answer by email.
