The President of the Law Society, Alexander Lazarevich and the Chief Executive, Diana Newcombe will visit Whyalla on Tuesday, 8 October 2024, in order to meet with regional legal practitioners who are practicing in the area.
 
All legal practitioners from the area are invited to attend a complimentary breakfast at Blended Café, 18 Forsyth St, Whyalla from 8:00am to 9:30am.
 
At the meeting, the President will give an overview of the work currently being carried out by the Society and issues under consideration. An important part of this meet and greet is the opportunity for members and other legal practitioners to have an open discussion of issues that concern the South Australian legal profession.

Alexander and Diana will continue on to Port Augusta at 11am to Meet & Greet the Regional Practitioners and present a CPD session in the area on "Update in relation to Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Financing".
