The session will address the complexities associated with medical marijuana and other legally accessible drugs, carefully examining their potential impacts on families navigating the legal process. This comprehensive discussion aims to equip participants with a deeper understanding of these sensitive issues within family law contexts. About the Presenter: Tony has over 40 years of expertise in drug and alcohol testing, including policy development and managing testing programs in Queensland Corrections and the Australian Defence Force. With extensive court experience, he ensures the legal compliance of testing protocols and serves as a certified trainer and lecturer internationally. Tony's accolades include designing Australia’s first mobile drug test vehicle and receiving an Australia Day Achievement Award. Recently retired from 33 years in the RAAF Reserve, he oversees drug testing across 34 clinics and manages training activities for AWDTS’ RTO, enjoying occasional fishing in his spare time.
