Risk Management Workshops - An Integrated Approach to Avoiding Claims
These workshops are designed to compliment an integrated firm approach which aims to ensure quality work systems are in place to avoid claims and create positive outcomes. As such, legal practitioners are encouraged to bring any administrative personnel, including office managers, who will be able to attend this session free of charge.

Session 1 - Expertly Managing Client Expectations, Intake and Risks
Time: 10:15am - 11:45am
CPD: 1.5 CPD Units in Practice Management/Business Skills

Session 2  - Ensuring Attention to Detail and Good Systems

CPD: 1.5 CPD Units in Practice Management/Business Skills
Presenter: Sue Harrington, LeMessurier Harrington Consulting
