The Honourable Justice Blue, Lorena De Palma from ECMS, Craig Caldicott of Caldicott and Isaacs and James Marcus from Len King Chambers will discuss the changes and similarities of the new Joint Criminal Rules 2022 and Uniform Special Statutory Rules to the current regime, and the introduction of the online CourtSA platform to the criminal jurisdiction.
