1.5 CPD Units in Professional Skills
The Fair Work Act 2009 provides general protections for persons who have been subject to adverse action on the basis of discriminatory grounds. It operates in conjunction with other equal opportunity provisions.

The seminar deals with the identification of discrimination, damages that may be awarded (including noneconomic damages), penalties and persons "involved in" the contravention.
