The programme has been developed as a way of engaging with members of the South Australian Legal Profession on the important topic of mental health and wellbeing.
The Law Society Wellbeing & Resilience Guide
The Society created a Wellbeing & Resilience Guide for lawyers in 2016. The guide contains useful information regarding balance, working, mindfulness, physical activity, nutrition and more.
LawCare Program and Support Groups and Services
The Society operates this program and we encourage legal practitioners to access these services if they are experiencing social and psychological problems (or any problem that is interfering with, or could interfere with, their work performance) or if they wish to speak with and receive support from a colleague in the profession on a confidential basis.
