The course will provide instruction and guidance on a range of law practice management issues from regulatory requirements to financial and risk management. The Course presenters are all experts in their fields. Trust accounting, ethics and risk management modules are presented by Law Society staff who have first-hand experience in the obligations and the needs of the South Australian legal profession. The course also covers business planning, marketing and leadership. The course will be taught interactively over several days through a combination of in-person, online and videoconferencing classes. The online modules can be completed prior to the formal commencement of the course. There are several marked assessments throughout the course where participants must demonstrate competency, as per LPEAC requirements.
