Our visiting CPD instructor from the States is back (virtually) with some interesting guidance about how to avoid disasters that could befall all lawyers. He’ll talk about critical policies that every firm needs to avoid disaster; how to break bad news about a disaster to a client (and write other critical correspondence); and provide some guidance from disasters that were suffered by lawyers across the globe.
