Black Cats and Dark Rooms:  Making Sense of the 2020 Uniform Civil Rules

The 2020 Uniform Civil Rules introduce some major changes in terminology and practice.  In this session, Masters Bochner and Olssen will discuss the practical application of the new rules, the changes that they consider will most affect practice in their courts, and will answer your questions (as much as they can!).
