This session will be presented by President Justice Steven Dolphin, Deputy President Judge Mark Calligeros and Deputy President Judge Tony Rossi. It will address in detail the South Australian Employment Tribunal Rules 2022, which have been in operation for a few months now. At the end of the session there will be an opportunity for members of the profession to ask questions about the rules and matters of practice and process on the South Australian Employment Tribunal.
