Digital Caveats, Transmissions, Applications to Register Death and the 3 August compliance date

From 3 August 2020, the electronic lodgement of Land Titles Office documents will be mandatory. This requirement will apply to all documents that are currently electronically enabled in SA in PEXA, and extends to Transmission Applications, Applications to Register Death by Survivor, and Caveats.
