With long lists and a heavy workload, drafting the best possible Affidavit has become increasingly important in family law matters. Affidavits are your client's opportunity to present their case to the Judge so that the Judge can best understand the matter. This session is aimed at assisting practitioners in understanding some of the common pitfalls in Affidavit drafting, and to help them present their client's evidence in a manner which best assists the court.
