This workshop session is aimed at all practitioners who currently, or are likely in the future to,
supervise newly-admitted practitioners pursuant to the LPEAC rules. It will equip supervising
practitioners with additional knowledge and tools that, when applied, will impact positively
on the supervision experience and outcomes for the supervisor, the supervisee, the firm and the profession.
By the end of this session participants will:
- Have an understanding of the key ingredients of a successful supervision assignment
- Broaden their awareness of the role and responsibilities they take on as a supervisor
- Appreciate the importance of positive organisational culture and the supervisory relationship in the growth and development of the supervisee
- Have an opportunity to develop one or more aspects of their supervision
