How understanding and managing emotions can improve work outcomes and career fulfillment
We know that IQ is key to performance but legal practice is not just an intellectual pursuit - it’s about how the law impacts on people, and that necessarily involves relationships and emotions. This webinar introduces participants to the scientific discipline of emotional intelligence (EQ) and the evidence that EQ has an equal, if not greater, impact on professional effectiveness, career satisfaction and business sustainability as IQ. We look at EQ in the context of both workplace and client relationships, and provide an overview of techniques you can put into practice to expand emotional intelligence for you and your team. Suitable for junior practitioners, associates, para-legal and support staff, as well as Partners, Principals and Practice Managers.
