Is your documentation up to scratch? Do your court orders or agreements say what you want them to? Are they binding? Are they in accordance with your client’s instructions? Where’s the proof?

The Society has recently purchased a suite of Family Law documents from Lexon, the insurer of the Queensland PII Scheme which will be adapted for SA practitioners. These documents will be launched during this session and made available to all attendees.

There will be a focus on recent claims and this workshop  will consider how your firm can answer the questions above with reference to the suite of documents.
