Combined Trust Account Deposit Calculation Workshop

Presenter: Sharon Spence. 9.30 am to 11.30 am.    NB:  this is an in-house workshop, subject to strict COVID compliance and only registered attendees may attend.  Anyone who is not registered will not be permitted access on the day.  In this interactive workshop, you will learn about the Legal Practitioners Combined Trust Account and what you are required to do to comply with the Legal Practitioners Act 1981 in relation to deposits for the periods ending 30 November and 31 May each year. You will have an opportunity to do a hands-on calculation as if you were doing it in your practice and problems and issues relating to the Combined Trust Account will be discussed...........2 CPD Units in Practice Management and Business Skills apply to this workshop.
