Claims are on the rise in wills and estates. The Inheritance (Family Provision) Act is proving to be a particular hot spot. The Society has purchased a suite of documents for wills and estates from Lexon, the insurer of the Queensland PII scheme which have been adapted to SA legislation and court rules. These documents will be launched during the session. In this multimedia workshop very recent claims will be examined with a focus on how good systems and procedures will reduce a firm’s vulnerability.
