This session will cover the necessary preparatory issues to be considered before recovery steps are commenced.  It will also outline LPA requirements, Uniform Civil Rules procedure and the interplay between the jurisdictions of the Supreme Court and Legal Profession Conduct Commissioner in solicitor and own client assessments of reasonable and proper costs.
