Spiel: Jo will be presenting on gathering, preserving and tendering web-based evidence. She will discuss useful websites that commonly appear in evidence, online search techniques and practical ways to best record web-based evidence with a view to tendering it into evidence. She will also discuss key provisions of the SA and Uniform Evidence Acts and recent caselaw considering the tender of web-based evidence
