Eliza will provide an update on legal developments in the area of planning, valuation and environmental law.  She will discuss recent decisions including:

·      Implementation of the Planning Development and Infrastructure Act 2016, 

·      Noise from wind farms and interference with use and enjoyment of land,

·      The role of third party objectors and community groups in planning disputes,

·      Fixtures and capital improved value of land.

This session will be useful for solicitors in generalist practices advising on property and commercial issues.
