Since their commencement in  May 2020, the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2020 have been subject to judicial scrutiny and have undergone amendment.  This update will discuss practitioner experiences, decisions and key changes that have occurred in the nearly 5 months since the UCR came into effect.
