Most practitioners will come into contact with the disciplinary system at some point in their careers. The more practitioners understand the system, the better equipped they will be to

1. deal with a matter against them; and
2. avoid having matters against them in the first place.

This session will discuss changes to the disciplinary system and discuss how the Commissioner views and observes these changes.  

This session is relevant to all legal practitioners.
