This session is designed to assist the practitioner who has the primary responsibility for preparing and finalising affidavits. In many cases this may be a more junior practitioner, in others not. Witness affidavit evidence from perspective of counsel and of the judicial officer will be discussed.

LSSA Members more than 3 years: $110 per session
LSSA Members admitted less than 3 years: $85 per session
Non LSSA Members: $160 per session
