The Law Society of South Australia's MCPD Spring Intensive is your opportunity to boost your professional development whilst fulfilling four units of CPD activity in one convenient half-day, either in-person or via webinar. 1:00pm - 2:00pm: Practical Solutions to Improving Legal Practices Profitability

4:30pm – 5:30pm: Fundamentals of Court Etiquette and Ethics

This session will cover the fundamentals of the rules of etiquette for appearing in Courts, including how to address the judiciary, when and in what circumstances to give undertakings, the line between strong advocacy and rudeness and how to communicate appropriately with chambers.  There will be an opportunity to ask the questions that you always wanted to know the answer to but were afraid to ask.
The session will be particularly suited for practitioners in their early years.
