Christian Munt is a barrister who specialises, among other things, in commercial and property related disputes.

He also receives instructions in family law property settlement proceedings, either as principal counsel or to consult and provide advice in relation to matters concerning businesses, companies and real property.

Christian will be addressing issues arising in family law property settlement proceedings, in particular with respect to:

·        Trusts.

·        Discovery issues and access to documents.

·        Injunctions.
