The Law Society of South Australia invites sole practitioners and all practitioners from Small Practice to join us for the 2024 Small Practice MCPD and Networking Series. This popular event is a great opportunity to connect with your fellow practitioners and build a network to support you. This is the second of the 4-part series of this event with the CPD session on Bullying, Discrimination and Harassment. 

Missing pieces of the puzzle – how do we eradicate BDH in the profession?

Despite what some might suggest, BDH remains a serious problem in the legal profession. Why? Anthony Keane suspects that the answers to that question are multifaceted and complex. This session will not provide the answers but rather is intended to raise with those in attendance questions as to why BDH remains a significant problem and get those in attendance to contemplate how they might play a role in hastening a cultural shift in the profession.
