There is an expectation that lawyers will have exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing. After all, so much of our work consists of communicating in one way or another. But the pace of modern practice has meant that, while our communications have perhaps become more frequent, they have lost something in their execution. This session is designed to assist practitioners in drafting the most used tools of lawyer's practice. It will examine the relevant rules and their application and will offer a road map through the maze that has been created by modern communication methods.

You will learn assistance in drafting:
  • Pleadings
  • Affidavits
  • Correspondence
  • Relevant rules and application
