A well-crafted and effective guilty plea is a critical skill for criminal advocates. This seminar will explore how to prepare for and conduct guilty pleas, with practical tips and examples of what works (and what doesn’t!), to help you keep your clients out of gaol.

This session is aimed at junior criminal defence lawyers in their first two years of practice.
