This session will cover some recent cases and discussion about the level of involvement of solicitors/ barristers in shaping expert evidence and a discussion about considerations when engaging an expert (such as who is an expert and is the evidence likely to assist the Court) and to provide some war stories about “don’ts” in respect of expert engagement.
