Carl Winskog a qualified Medical Doctor and specialist in Forensic Medicine. He attended the Medical School, Faculty of Health Sciences, at The University of Linköping, Sweden and then trained as a Forensic Pathologist and Specialist in Forensic Medicine at The National Board of Forensic Medicine in Sweden. 

He has had consulting appointments for the Government of Sweden, Government of Barbados, Government of South Australia, The Commonwealth of Dominica, The Government of Antigua and Barbuda, The Independent State of Samoa and the International police agency, Interpol, in relation to identification of disaster victims and criminal investigations.

Carl is an associate Fellow of The Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and a consultant in Forensic Pathology and Clinical Forensic Medicine for Australian Law firms, South Australian Police, Police in New South Wales, Australian Federal Police, Swedish Forensic Investigation Services, Swedish Law firms, Swedish Insurance Companies and the Swedish Government.
