This workshop is designed to increase effectiveness in managing and leading staff.  More effective leadership is linked to increased retention, commitment and productivity from staff.

By the end of this workshop, participants should:

•          appreciate the difference between managing and leading

•          increase their understanding of how to engage and motivate staff

•          increase their skills in communicating effectively

•          increase their awareness of their own leadership style

Participants learn more effectively if they can readily apply the workshop content to their own situation. For this reason, short surveys (5mins) will be required to be completed prior to the workshop.

The presenter
Marie Modra, previously Director of Professional Development at the Law Society of South Australia, and Head of Learning and Development at Malleson Stephen Jaques, has been providing leadership development programs and coaching for partners and executives for over 20 years.
